LEASE EXTENSION RENEWAL OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Extend your 2022-23 lease to two years. New leases will run from August 15, 2022 until May 16, 2024. You will pay the same rate both years, in four per-semester payments. There is no additional rent charge for the summer of 2023.
2. Tenants are required to keep utilities active during the entire lease term, and there is an additional $50 charge for summer utilities.
3. To take advantage of this offer, at least 50% of the 2022-23 tenants must be re-siging for 2023-24 school year. For example, for a four-bedroom house at least two tenants must re-sign and tenants are solely responsible for finding replacement tenants. If instead you would like to “pass down” you house to a new group of tenants, or if fewer than 50% of the 2020-21 tenants are re-signing, we are still happy to work with you. However, in that instance a new lease must be created for 2023-2024 and new terms may apply.
4. You have the exclusive right to renew your lease until January 31, 2022. Beginning February 1^st, 2022, you house will be on-the-market and available for rental to third parties for the 21-22 school year.
5. Whether or not you choose to renew with us, none of the terms of your 2022-23 lease have changed or been affected by this offer.
