Prospective Renters
I’m interested in a property and want to take a tour, what do I do?
Call or email us with a time that works for you! In order to minimize inconvenience to the current tenants, tours must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance; however, tours can be set up on shorter notice in some cases (for example, if the property is unoccupied or another tour is already scheduled). We show properties 9 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday, and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday. If for some reason our regular showing time frame does not work for you, please call—we can always make alternative arrangements.
I live across town, what if I need a ride?
We happily provide transportation to and from property tours! Just ask when making your appointment.
I’ve seen one of your properties and love it…how can I make sure I get it?
Sign the lease! All properties are first come, first serve when it comes to lease signing. That is, whomever first signs the lease gets the property, regardless if another group inquired or toured the property first.
What do I need to bring when signing a lease?
Your driver’s license or a state-issued ID, a security deposit in the form of cash, check, or money order, your social security number, and your contact information.
